Craig M. Williams



Craig provides legal services specifically tailored to employees and small businesses regarding employment issues. He concentrates his practice in employment litigation in federal and state courts and has extensive experience litigating employment related matters at both the trial and appellate court levels. He has represented both employees and employers in all types of employment related matters, including claims involving alleged violations of the FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, ERISA, and Title VII, as well as non-compete, breach of contract, and whistleblower claims.
